U.S. National Team forward and LA Galaxy player, Gyasi Zardes, suffered a broken foot in late September and was expected to miss the rest of the season. The injury occurred when he raced after the ball against the Whitecaps and collided into Kendall Watson. The injury only makes matters worse for an already struggling Galaxy team and the U.S. National team that counted on Zardes to be a starter.
